In February 2026, the Company signed a $40 million Joint Venture (JV) with Hawthorne Land & Mineral, LLC for its East Camp Douglas property. Fortitude is the majority owner and operator at 60% with Hathorne owning 40%. The JV targets expedited and aggressive exploration over a two-year targeted time frame, with the goal of discovering, delineating, and permitting one or more mines. The goal is to bring additional mines into production on an accelerated basis.
